1. Introduction

Welcome to Basilica Tattoo LLC. We’re committed to providing a professional, transparent, and respectful experience for every client. By booking an appointment, submitting a deposit, or financing a tattoo through our studio, you agree to the terms and policies outlined below.

2. Shop Minimum & Pricing

  • Shop Minimum: $200

  • Pricing: Tattoo pricing is based on size, placement, complexity, and artist rate.

  • Quotes: All quotes are estimates and may vary slightly on the day of the appointment.

  • Hourly Rates: Rates vary by artist and style; please confirm prior to booking.

3. Deposit Policy

  • Fixed Deposit: $350 for all appointments.

  • Non-Refundable: Deposits are non-refundable but transferable once if rescheduled within the allowed time.

  • Rescheduling: Clients must provide at least 72 hours’ notice to reschedule without losing their deposit.

  • No-Shows or Late Cancellations: Failure to show or canceling within 72 hours results in full deposit forfeiture.

  • Application of Deposit: Deposits are applied toward the final tattoo cost.

  • Validity: Deposits expire after 6 months from the date of payment.

  • Ownership: Deposits are made to Basilica Tattoo LLC, not to an individual artist.

4. Tattoo Financing Policy

Tattoo Financing with Klarna, Afterpay, or Affirm

We’re pleased to offer flexible financing options through Klarna, Afterpay, and Affirm, allowing clients to pay for tattoos in manageable installments. These providers enable you to enjoy your tattoo experience now and pay over time.

Eligibility

  • Klarna: Available for tattoos from $600–$30,000

  • Afterpay: Available for tattoos from $600–$4,000

  • Affirm: Available for tattoos from $600–$30,000

Invoicing & Payment Processing

All invoices are generated through our CRM system and processed securely via Stripe.
When you choose to finance your tattoo, an invoice will be emailed to you with payment instructions and links to complete your financing through Klarna, Afterpay, or Affirm.

Flexible Financing Options

Option 1: Full Amount Financing

  • Finance the total cost of your tattoo over 6–36 months.

  • Interest rates may vary based on your credit.

  • No deposit is required.

Option 2: 50% Deposit Financing

  • Available for tattoos $1,200 or higher.

  • Pay 50% upfront (minimum $600), and finance the remainder over 6–36 months.

  • Interest rates may vary based on your credit.

Benefits:

  • Full Financing: Ideal for spreading the total cost with no upfront payment.

  • 50% Deposit Financing: Great for clients who prefer partial payment upfront with smaller monthly installments.

How It Works

  1. Invoice Generation – Once you agree to the terms, an invoice is sent via email from our CRM system.

  2. Secure Payment – All payments are processed safely through Stripe.

  3. Financing Selection – Choose Klarna, Afterpay, or Affirm and complete your payment plan directly with them.

Klarna Financing Options

  • Pay in 4: Four interest-free payments, every two weeks.

  • Pay Later in 30 Days: Receive your tattoo now, pay in full within 30 days (no interest).

  • Monthly Financing: Spread payments over 6–36 months with variable interest.

  • Automatic Payments: Deducted from your linked card or account based on your selected plan.

Afterpay Financing Options

  • Pay in 4: Split your total into four interest-free payments every two weeks.

  • Automatic Payments: Charged automatically to your linked card or account every two weeks.

Affirm Financing Options

  • Monthly Installments: Spread payments over 3–36 months with interest rates varying by credit.

  • Automatic Payments: Deducted from your linked payment method as scheduled.

Q: How does the payment plan work?
 A: Klarna, Afterpay, and Affirm each offer flexible payment schedules. Klarna provides Pay in 4, Pay Later in 30 Days, or Monthly Financing options. Afterpay splits payments into four biweekly, interest-free installments. Affirm offers monthly payments over 3–36 months.

Q: Are payments automatic?
 A: Yes. Once your plan is approved, all three providers automatically deduct payments from your linked bank account, debit card, or credit card on your chosen schedule.

5. Appointment Confirmation & Cancellation

  • Appointments must be confirmed prior to the scheduled date.

  • If we cannot confirm your appointment, Basilica Tattoo LLC reserves the right to release it.

  • Clients unable to attend due to illness or emergency may reschedule without losing their deposit, provided notice is given.

6. Artist Availability

  • Deposits are made to Basilica Tattoo LLC, not individual artists.

  • If an artist departs the studio, the deposit can be used with another available Basilica Tattoo artist.

7. Design Policy

  • Custom designs are created after a deposit is received on the day of the appointment.

  • Designs are not sent out prior to appointments.

  • Minor adjustments can be made the day of the session; major redesigns may require a new deposit or reschedule.

8. Health & Age Requirements

  • All clients must be 18 years or older with valid government-issued ID.

  • Clients must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

  • Please disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities before booking.

9. Touch-Ups

  • Touch-ups are on a case by case basis depending on the artist’s discretion.

  • Damage due to neglect, sun exposure, or improper aftercare is not covered.

10. Refunds

  • All payments, deposits, and services are non-refundable but transferrable credited to client account evaluated on a case by case basis.

  • Once a service is rendered, no refunds will be issued.

11. Photography & Media Release

  • Basilica Tattoo LLC reserves the right to photograph and use tattoo images for promotional purposes.

  • Clients may opt out of social media usage by informing their artist before the appointment.

12. Liability Waiver

By booking with Basilica Tattoo LLC, you acknowledge that tattooing involves risks such as allergic reactions, infection, or complications. The studio and its artists are not liable for any adverse effects following your session. You agree to follow all provided aftercare instructions.

13. Agreement & Policy Updates

By paying a deposit, scheduling an appointment, or financing a tattoo through Basilica Tattoo LLC, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this Service Agreement & Financing Policy.
Basilica Tattoo LLC reserves the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice.
