DEPOSITS
A deposit is required to book an appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. The deposit will be deducted from the final cost of your tattoo. If multiple sessions are required, the deposit will be held and deducted from the final session.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
We require at least 48 hours notice to reschedule an appointment. If you reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, your deposit will be forfeited. You may reschedule your appointment one time without forfeiting your deposit, provided you give at least 48 hours notice. If you need to reschedule a second time, a new deposit will be required. Cancellations will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
LATE ARRIVALS
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and your deposit may be forfeited.
NO SHOWS
If you do not show up for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to book a new appointment.
ARTWORK
Drawings will be available for viewing on the day of your appointment. Minor changes can be made on the day of the appointment. Significant changes may require rescheduling and a new deposit.
TOUCH-UPS
One complimentary touch-up is included within 3 months of your initial appointment, if needed. Touch-ups are for correcting imperfections that may occur during the healing process. Changes to the design or additions are not considered touch-ups and will be charged at the artist's hourly rate. Hands, feet, and necks are excluded from the complimentary touch-up policy due to the nature of the skin in these areas.
GUESTS
Due to space limitations and to maintain a sterile environment, please do not bring guests to your appointment unless necessary. If you must bring a guest, please limit it to one person. Children and pets are not permitted in the studio.
PAYMENT
We accept cash and all major credit cards. Checks are not accepted.
IDENTIFICATION
You must bring a valid government-issued photo ID to your appointment. You must be at least 18 years old to get tattooed.
HEALTH CONDITIONS
Please inform your artist of any health conditions, allergies, or medications you are taking. We cannot tattoo you if you are pregnant or nursing.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to: being under the influence of drugs or alcohol, poor hygiene, disrespectful behavior, or requesting offensive artwork.
